Should we go International...?

Wow Indore is a humble attempt from Agrawal’s Delight and is being used to provide the customers wide range of products like sweets, namkeen, dry fruits etc. Agrawal’s Delight, started in 2012, and is a young and vibrant organization, having clients in India, UAE, U.K, Singapore, Australia and USA.

The owner of wow Indore was having a general conversation with one of his regular customer who migrated to Singapore from Indore. Towards the end of the discussion, the customer concluded that I really love your namkeens and wished if I could get these in Singapore.

The last line of customer was striking in the owner's head and he was confused that whether he should step towards international sales and if yes then should he pitch worldwide or to some specific countries.

He consulted some of his friends regarding this and got to know about Quest GLT.

The owner reached Quest GLT and put his thoughts and fear before us. The manager at Quest GLT proposed that since you are not so sure for international sales lets just conduct a digital marketing drive first before heading towards an online portal.

Quest GLT initiated the digital marketing drive through social media channels for promoting and selling the products of Wow Indore.

After one month of successful survey, Quest GLT concluded with 5 major countries (UAE, U.K, Singapore, Australia and USA) that had maximum demands of namkeens and sweets.

Thus, an online portal was designed and developed by Quest GLT.
